Ribena owner takes up 26,000 square feet at Brookfield's ARC Uxbridge

Suntory, the owner of drinks including Lucozade, Ribena and Orangina, is moving its UK head office to ARC Uxbridge (based in Buckinghamshire), after signing a deal to occupy 26,000 square feet at Building 01.

Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I will move into the building following a refurbishment carried out by the property's owner Brookfield, the global commercial real estate firm, which acquired the building as part of a £700 million-plus portfolio deal in 2021.

SBF GB&I joins another consumables industry giants at the property including Mondelēz, which produces snacks such as Oreo, Ritz and Cadbury. Italian-themed restaurant chain Pizza Express is also at the scheme, having signed for 5,000 square feet in January.

Over the last 12 months, Brookfield has let more than 96,000 square feet at the campus, with improvement works helping Building 01 to achieve EPC 'A' and BREEAM 'Very Good' ratings. The campus is also home to life sciences space and research and development facilities.
